Please read these important terms before ordering your sim cards
Our standard UK network sim cards are priced at 99p each, but your first sim is completely free (please enter the code FREESIM on the shopping cart page). If a price is shown, 99p will be deducted at checkout and you will not be asked to enter any card details if you are only ordering a free sim card. No other purchase is required to order a free sim, we’ll even post the sim card to you for free 🙂
However, please note these important terms and please do not order sim cards unless you intend to use them.
Order limitations
We only accept orders for ONE free sim in any 6 month period. We do not accept repeat orders so if ordering more than one you MUST do so in one transaction. Add any additional sims you require to the basket before you check out.
You can order up to 4 sims in total, on any network. Additional sims are charged at 99p each unless otherwise stated on the listing page.
Sims are for personal use only. Do not order sims for anybody else.
Do not order sims using different names and/or addresses.
Sim cards are strictly issued to be used “as the network intended”. Do not order sims for one-off use or if you do not intend to use the sim card in any other way than intended by the network.
Network terms apply at all times and are subject to change without notice.
Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted for sim cards under any circumstances once the outer packaging has been opened.
IMPORTANT: If you feel that your package has been tampered with you MUST inform us IN WRITING within 24 hours of receipt (email us at [email protected]), and you must not continue to open the package. Accompany any message with photos. Do not accept, or if the carrier asks for a signature do not sign for, a damaged or opened package, as you take ownership of that package once you have accepted it. It is your responsibility to examine the package when it is offered to you.
Order acceptance
You must provide your full name (not initials or nicknames), and a valid domestic address. We do not accept orders from business addresses.
You MUST provide a valid email address. This will only be used to inform you of your order details, dispatch notification etc. We do not spam and will not contact you for any other purpose unless you have opted in to our occasional newsletter.
We do not accept telephone orders and we NEVER use telesales. If you are called from anybody claiming to be from All SIM Cards, please let us know using the email link below.
